How it works

The whole loop, in order — from telling us about your business to seeing what actually went out. Every step below is what the product does today, nothing further along than that.

  1. 1. You set the scene

You tell us about your business and how it sounds — what you do, who you're talking to, what you're pushing right now, and how you sound — plus your city and your booking link. Your own words shape the voice of every caption. Your city grounds them in your actual location. Your booking link is where a reservation or appointment call to action points.

  2. 2. You add photos

You upload the photos you already take. Each one goes to a tagger that reads it — by subject, setting, and mood — so a caption can be matched to the right shot later. Tagging doesn't always come back, and a photo it didn't reach is still yours and still in the pool your plan is drawn from — it just arrives with nothing recorded about what's in it. If a slot on your calendar doesn't have a matching photo, that post comes back with a plain note telling you exactly what to go shoot for it, rather than being quietly paired with a photo that doesn't fit.

  3. 3. You add what you sell

You type in your menu or services yourself, or upload the document you already have and review the lines it pulled out. Every line starts unticked — nothing is added to your real catalog until you tick it and approve the batch.

  4. 4. You ask for a month

You choose the dates, how often you want to post, and any holidays, specials, or events worth writing around, plus a note for anything else worth knowing. That's the whole ask.

  5. 5. You compare and choose

Maddie comes back with two or three complete strategies — Consistency & Trust, Signature Pillar, Sales & Conversion — each one a full month's calendar of captioned posts, not a mood board. You read them side by side and pick the one you want to run.

  6. 6. You work the month

You work the calendar you picked, post by post: approve it, edit it, skip it, or ask for a fresh take on just the caption. Editing takes back your approval — it's a signature on specific content, not a status, so rewording a caption, swapping its photo, or moving its slot all mean signing off again. Typing in a number afterwards never does. Regenerating a caption does the same thing to an approved post, for the same reason. When a post is right and you've posted it yourself, you mark it published.

  7. 7. You see what landed

Results shows you what the month actually did: how much of it went out, how much of that went out on time, which pillars actually posted next to what you planned, and any reach, likes, comments, or saves you've typed in by hand for the posts you published.

Limits, plainly

  • 500 photos and 500 catalog items, per account.
  • 15 MB per upload.
  • Five plan requests an hour, per account.
  • Ten document imports an hour, per account.
  • Twenty caption regenerations an hour, per account.
  • U.S. timezones only, for now.

On the roadmap

Not part of the product yet:

  • Book-by-DM — a guest booking a table or an appointment straight from an Instagram or Facebook DM — is on the roadmap, not in the product today.
  • Direct publishing to Instagram and Facebook is on the roadmap, not in the product today. When it ships, a post could go out without you copying it over yourself.
  • Automatic performance data pulled from Meta — reach, likes, comments, and saves filled in for you instead of typed in by hand — is on the roadmap, not in the product today.

Frequently asked questions

Do you post for me?
No — Madison Point plans the month and keeps the calendar. You're the one who posts it, from your own account.
Where do the photos come from?
From you. Every photo comes from your own camera roll — Madison Point doesn't generate images, it only tags and schedules the ones you upload.
What if I don't have a photo for a post?
You still get the post, written. It just carries a plain note telling you exactly what to go shoot for it, rather than being quietly paired with a photo that doesn't fit.
Can I change a caption?
Yes, any time before it's posted. Changing the words takes back your approval — it's a signature on specific content, not a status — so you'll approve it again before it goes out. Swapping the photo or moving the slot takes it back the same way.
What do the numbers on Results mean?
How much of the month actually went out, how much went out on time, and how the pillars you posted compare to what the plan called for. Anything beyond delivery — reach, likes, comments, saves — is a number you type in yourself once you publish.
What does it cost?
Pricing isn't public yet. Contact us and we'll walk you through it for your business.
Which platforms do you work with?
Planning is written for Instagram and Facebook. You publish there yourself — direct publishing is on our roadmap, not in the product today.
